Home staging is a service we provide, that only applies to clients who are trying to sell or rent their property.

First Impressions
When potential buyers approach your property for the first viewing, they will decide in 20 seconds if they like what they see. You will only get one chance to make that first impression. Your garden should be tidy, hedges trimmed, add some colourful potplants or hanging baskets by the entrance. The front door may need to be repainted. This will make your property more welcoming and inviting.
De-personalise and Declutter
You want potential buyers to visualise themselves living in your home. In order to achieve this you must remove your personal possessions from their view. This requires that you keep your personal photographs, ornaments, toys etc to a minimum. Buyers want to see what space is available, therefore, remove any unnecessary clutter. Tidy up and reorganise the space to its fullest potential.

Redecorate and Repair
The most effective way to enhance and refresh a room is to apply paint using a neutral colour. This will give the space a cleaner, brighter feel and make the space seem bigger. Complete any unfinished jobs and fix items in disrepair. If this is ignored, potential buyers may look for an excuse to negotiate a much lower price. This may also give the impression that your proprerty is high maintainence.
Storage Solutions
Potential buyers will be looking for adequate storage space in your home. They will want to confirm that your property will meet all their storage needs. Remove any unnecessary items from storage areas, wardrobes, shelves, etc. Create additional storage if necessary by adding simple shelving units. |

It is crucial to present each room to its maximun potential, this can be achieved by ensuring that the function of each space works well. Ensure that the furniture fits in proportion with the room and that it doesn’t look crampted. To present your property at its best, it is essential to carry out a thorough clean. This always leaves the potential buyer with the right impression. Also make sure that your property smells fresh, eliminate pet and smoke odours when your property is on view. With the introduction of some coordinating accessories you can stage and present each room to its best potential.
Once an assessment has been completed we can formulate a plan, agree on a schedule of works and submit a quotation. We will agree a time frame to start the work with an approximate duration and will carry out the works in an organised and efficient manner. It is essential to work closely with our client during all stages of this process.
